Welcome to Matters On Our Mind.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming emotionally heavy, or difficult to navigate alone. Ay times we may find ourselves carrying grief, anxiety, uncertainty, relationships difficulties, or patterns we do not fully understand. Counselling offers a space to explore your experiences in a supportive and compassionate environment.
I provide a thoughtful, grounded and Integrative therapy approach, allowing you the time and space to better understand yourself, your emotions and the challenges you may be facing.
Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period in life or looking for deeper self-understanding and personal growth, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself more clearly and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

About Me
I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a significant step, particularly during times of emotional difficulty, uncertainty, or change.
My approach is compassionate, reflective, and Integrative of personal centred and other approaches. I aim to provide a calm and supportive space where you can speak openly, explore your experiences, better understand the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing.
I recognise that every individual experience life differently, shaped by their personal history, relationships and circumstances, because of this, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs rather than one fixed approach for everyone.
I am particularly interested in supporting individuals through grief, emotional overwhelm, identity and life transitions, anxiety, self-understanding, and personal growth.
My intention is not to judge or direct you to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional understanding.
How I work
I work using an integrative counselling approach, which means I draw from different therapeutic perspectives to support your individual needs rather than relying on one single method.
I believe that every person’s experiences, relationships and emotional world are unique. Because of this, therapy should feel flexible, collaborative, and responsive to you as an individual.
My approach is grounded in Integrative Personal centred values, offering empath, compassion, and a non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.
Alongside this I may incorporate reflective approaches that support greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and recognition of patterns that may be impacting your wellbeing or relationships.
Therapy is not about being “fixed”; it is about creating space to understand yourself more clearly, process experiences safely, and grow at a pace that feels right for you.
